Octane Fitness will be releasing the LateralX (LX8000) at LIW in September 2012.
The self-powered x-trainer is designed to move smoothly from a vertical elliptical stepping motion to a side-to-side motion, intended to mimic everyday life movement.
Combining low-impact elliptical and lateral motion, the total-body workouts move in three planes, front to back; side to side and rotational.
The LateralX offers 10 variable lateral width settings and new workouts, including quad power and the thigh toner.
